BOPIS will allow you to order items on psychobunny.com and pick them up for free at your nearest Psycho Bunny store.

How do I know what items are eligible for the pick up delivery option ?

Once at check out, you will be able to choose the “pick up” delivery option when finalizing your order.

Is there an additional cost for the pick up in store option ?

Pick up in store is free. There is no extra charge for choosing to pick up your items in store. You must come in person to pick up your items.

How long will it take to prepare my order ?

Order pickup will be ready within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is ready. You will have a 5 day window to pick up your order. Please wait until you receive a pickup notification email before goin

What do I need to bring to pick up my order ?

You must present the confirmation email which includes details of your order (order number, name, billing address).

What happens if I don't pick up my online order ?

BOPIS orders will be held for ten (10) days. If the order is not picked up within that time frame, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original method of payment.
