How do I do a return or exchange?Updated 3 months ago

You can start your exchange or return online: Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page. Print the
shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. 

The window to process the return is 30 days after the package is delivered.

Packages returned without the authorized RMA label or arrive via alternative couriers will be refused at our warehouse.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

All Psycho Bunny products that are marked down by 50%, or more, socks and underwear are considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot make any changes once it has been processed.
